Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Best One Zone platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these rules.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Partner or User on Best One Zone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These terms apply to all recharges, bill payments, and money transfer services provided through our API or Web portal.
02. User Registration & KYC
To use our services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. As per RBI guidelines for Digital Payments in India:
- Valid Aadhaar and PAN details are mandatory for agents.
- Best One Zone reserves the right to suspend accounts with incomplete KYC.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
03. Service Usage & Payments
Best One Zone acts as a facilitator between the service provider (Telecom/Utility companies) and the end-user. Please note:
- Refunds: Payments for successful recharges/bill payments are non-refundable.
- Failed Transactions: In case of money being deducted for a failed transaction, the amount will be credited back to your wallet within 3-7 working days.
- Surcharges: Certain services like DMT (Domestic Money Transfer) may carry convenience fees as displayed at the time of transaction.
04. Wallet Maintenance
Partners must maintain a sufficient balance in their Best One Zone wallet to process transactions. Wallet top-ups can be done via UPI, Net Banking, or QR codes provided on the dashboard. Credits once added to the wallet cannot be withdrawn back to the bank account except through service payouts.
05. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not use the platform for any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or unauthorized access to other accounts. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Indian regulatory authorities.
06. Limitation of Liability
Best One Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to network failures or server downtimes from the operator's side.
